STEP 2 - INTAKE PACKET SENT:
BSS will send you the intake packet
STEP 3 - INSURANCE BENEFITS VERIFICATION:
Call your member services representative to inquire about your coverage for ABA assessment and therapy. BSS verifies benefits with your insurance provider.
STEP 4 - INTAKE PACKET SUBMITTED:
Return the completed intake paperwork packet to us along with supporting documents (i.e. psychological evaluation report with diagnosis and recommendation for ABA services)
STEP 5 – PRIOR AUTHORIZATION FOR ASSESSMENT:
BSS will submit an authorization for the initial assessment with your insurance company.
STEP 6 – SCHEDULING ASSESSMENT:
BSS is now able to schedule the initial assessment.
STEP 7- ASSESSMENT:
A board certified behavior analyst (BCBA) is assigned to come into your home or designated settings to conduct the assessment.
STEP 8 – ASSESSMENT REVIEW:
Upon completion of the assessment and summary report, we will send you a copy.
STEP 9 – AUTHORIZATION FOR TREATMENT:
BSS administration will complete the necessary paperwork and steps to request and obtain an authorization for therapy and treatment.
STEP 10 – SCHEDULE THERAPY:
BSS is now ready to schedule your treatment and therapy sessions!
